Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Pranali Health Care is committed to process all refunds within 24 hours.
  • Please note that banks take 3-5 days to process the refunds.
  • No Claims will be entertained after the services are availed.

Who can get a refund?

  • Pranali Health Care gives refund if payment is successful, and payment is credited to Pranali Health Care balance but user didn’t get the services for the same or the user would like to cancel the order.
  • The cancellation has to be made prior to 24 hours of Service and will be confirmed by The Company "Pranali Health Care".
  • At the time of visit if the service is not availed, only 50% of the amount will be refunded. No other correspondence will be entertained on the same.

How to request a refund?

  • The individual needs to forward the request for claim through mail and reasons for refund to info@pranalihealthcare.com.
  • Based on the request the company will confirm the same.
  • The refund process will be done within 24 working hours. Please note that banks take 3-5 days to process the refunds.

I have registered and made payment but not got services what should I do..???
